Keller Williams Grand Rapids Office Again Tops in Closed Transactions, Closed Volume in 2012

Grand Rapids, Mich. – For the second straight year, the Keller Williams Grand Rapids office led all real estate agencies in both closed transactions and closed volume in 2012, according to sales figures released by the Grand Rapids Association of REALTORS®.
The Keller Williams Grand Rapids office had 2,176 closed transactions during the year, representing 10.49 percent of all closed transactions reported by GRAR. A closed transaction is a completed sale.
The real estate agency had more than $395.4 million in closed volume, or 14.56 percent of all closed volume, according to the association’s statistics. The exact amount reported was $395,456,842. Closed volume is the total dollar amount of an agency’s completed sales.
Keller Williams Realty is the nation’s second-largest real estate franchise operation, with 80,000 agents in about 690 offices throughout the United States and Canada. The Keller Williams Grand Rapids office, at 630 Kenmoor Ave. SE, Suite 101, opened in 2000 and ranks 14th in sales volume among all the franchisees.
The Keller Williams Grand Rapids office has 6 agents in the GRAR’s Top 25 in sales. The office thanks its agents, staff, and most of all its clients for again making it the No. 1 real estate agency in the Grand Rapids area.
