You will find, working with me, that I love what I do! I love servicing my clients and work very hard to find their dream home, or find creative ways to sell the one they currently own. I have learned a lot about business in my 33 year career at Steelcase. Working in and managing departments in Customer Service, Marketing, and Project Management gave me the tools I need to "EXCEED ALL YOUR EXPECTATIONS!" In Customer Service, I learned that it is not about meeting a clients requests, but exceeding them.....over and over and over again. In Marketing, I learned a very common sense approach to marketing and selling. It involves listening to the client, and turning that information into reality. I have many traditional and not so traditional ways to market and I am willing to try them all! In Project Management, I learned to "dot the i's and cross the t's" and keep everything moving and on schedule, driving towards a quick and perfect completion. I am now in my dream career and loving every day of it! I am married and we have three children and 8 grandchildren. Life couldn’t be better!
